Project Overview

Sode Consulting wanted to digitize their ChangeBlocks model to use it during the initial dialogue with new clients. The goal was to develop a form where the user answers a series of questions, receives an automatic evaluation based on a total score, and gets an email with the result and recommendation — while Sode Consulting also collects their contact information.

Set up a 20-question Google Form with 5 answer options per question and a point system (1–5 points per answer).

Calculate a total score (20–100 points) and automatically match it to one of three ChangeBlocks packages.

Automate email replies with personalized recommendations based on the score.

Integrate a simple lead flow where contact info is saved in a connected Google Sheet.

Make the solution fully transferable and easy to manage internally at Sode Consulting.

Form design and structure: We structured the questions into four key areas with five questions each and defined a clear point system, so every answer contributed to the final evaluation.

Script and automation: We developed a Google Apps Script integrated into the form. The script calculates the score based on user responses and sends a customized email with the corresponding evaluation and recommendation.

Ownership and transfer: The solution was made 100% transferable and implemented in Sode Consulting’s own Google account, so all future emails are sent directly from their domain and they have full control over usage and updates.
